Watch Canada's world-class young pianist Stewart Goodyear inspire some of the VSO School of Music’s advanced piano students, as part of the VSOSoM International Master Teachers program.

Proclaimed "a phenomenon" by the Los Angeles Times and "one of the best pianists of his generation" by the Philadelphia Inquirer, Stewart Goodyear is an accomplished concerto soloist, chamber musician, recitalist and composer, who has performed with many of the world's major orchestras. He shares his artistry and technique with the students as he coaches them on fundamental repertoire.
